Our full venue styling service is the one for you if you want an easy, stress-free day where you can just relax and enjoy yourself without having to worry about decorating your venue.
Whether you’ve booked one of our full venue decoration packages, bespoke decor or just want to hire selected props and pretties from us, you can have the peace of mind that your wedding will be decorated beautifully. You don’t have to lift a finger!
We’ll work with you to create the perfect styling plan to reflect your personality and WOW your guests! We’ll liaise directly with your venue and our years of experience means that your wedding decorations will be tended to with love and care.
By booking with us, you know that you’ll be in safe hands, so kick-back, enjoy some champagne and let us do the work for you!
How does it work?
Step 1: Get in touch!
Contact us to check that we’re available to decorate your wedding. Tell us your date, venue, approximate numbers, colour scheme, theme etc, along with any ideas that you have for your styling and decorations. Pictures really help too, so feel free to send those for us to look at as they’ll give us a great idea of the style that you’re after!
We’ll then get back in touch to let you know if we’re available, and if we are (fingers crossed!), we’ll also send you an initial quote based on the information that you’ve provided.

Step 2: Save your date!
If you’re happy with the quote and would like us to decorate for you, then just let us know and we’ll send you a booking form and details to pay your ‘Save the Date’ retainer – just £50! That holds the date for you until you can visit our showroom – see the next step!
Step 3: Visit our showroom!
We’ll then book you an appointment to visit our showroom. This is such a fun session! You’ll get to see all the lovely props, pretties and decorations that we have to offer, and we’ll work through your ideas to create the perfect styling plan for you big day! Feel free to bring along anything that you think might help – fabric samples, stationery, pictures, personal items that you’d like to incorporate etc. We’ll set up a table with your decor, and play and tweak until it’s absolutely perfect! This usually takes 1 – 1.5 hours, and you’ll leave with a clear vision of your styling.
Step 4: Confirm your booking!
After our meeting, we’ll then send you a revised quote based on all the ideas that we came up with. At this point, a 25% booking fee is due to upgrade you from ‘held’ to ‘booked’ – yay! We understand that wedding planning is an organic process that develops and changes as the process moves on, and you’re welcome to change your mind about anything you’ve booked during this time. Our main priority is that, on the big day itself, you have the decor of your dreams! So, we keep everything really flexible and if you want to tweak your booking on a weekly (or even daily) basis, then you are free to do so! We’re here to guide and help, so please ask if there’s anything you need.
Step 5: Pre-wedding prep!
As the wedding date draws closer, you’re welcome to come back to the showroom for a final meeting to go over everything, make and changes and confirm your final choices. Not all couples feel that they need to do this, so we leave it up to you. However, if you would like to, then you are more than welcome – just get in touch and we’ll book you in!
If your wedding is at a venue that we haven’t decorated before (we love new venues!), then we’ll contact them to arrange a site visit before the big day so we can familiarise ourselves with the lay of the land.
Around 1 month before the wedding, we’ll ask you to confirm your final numbers and will send you payment details for the balance to be paid.
Step 6 – The big day!
You get to relax knowing that we’re taking care of everything for you! So, the week of the wedding, we’ll liaise directly with your venue to arrange times and access to come and transform it for you. Sometimes, we’re able to get in the day before, but if not we’ll be there the morning of the wedding to work our magic while you relax and enjoy getting ready for your big day. We’ll drape, tie, create, position, style, tweak and titivate until everything is absolutely perfect. No wonky bows or candles here!
You then enjoy your day with your friends, family and loved ones, and we’ll return the next day to clear everything away again. You don’t have to lift a finger! How good does that sound?
Prop hire and DIY
Are you having a DIY wedding? Or maybe you just want a few bits and pieces to finish off your look? Our Prop Hire and DIY Set-up Service might be just what you’re looking for! We have so many beautiful decorative items that you’re welcome to hire on a DIY basis to add the perfect finishing touches to the decorations you’ve created.
Our DIY Set-Up Service is perfect for the creative couples who have made or sourced everything themselves, but don’t want the worry or stress of having to actually set everything up on the morning of the wedding. That’s the time you should be relaxing and enjoying getting ready, not running around dressing chairs or setting up centre pieces! So, let us do that for you! We’ve even got some couples who have hired most of their decorations from us, but created their own table centres, so we’ll set them up too whilst we’re there doing all of our bits and pieces, keeping things easy and stress free for you!
